Professional Summary

I'm a PMP-certified IT project manager with over 17 years in the field. My first decade was hands-on: hosting support, Linux and VoIP servers, Microsoft infrastructure in Qatar, then designing cloud environments on AWS, Azure, GCP and DigitalOcean. Having done the technical work myself makes it easier to plan realistically and to spot a problem before it reaches the status report.

Since 2019 I've been at Royal Cyber, running projects and the global managed services support function for enterprise clients. The largest was a $15M SAP Commerce Cloud program for Fletcher Building across Australia and New Zealand. Others include AWS security and DevOps work for SUEZ in the US, and banking and government projects in Saudi Arabia.

Day to day, my job is keeping scope, budget and timelines honest, getting executives and engineers to agree on what "done" means, and putting SLA, KPI and service improvement routines in place so systems keep running well after go-live.

  1. May 2019 – Present

    Senior Project Manager

    Royal Cyber Inc. · Karachi, Pakistan

    • Run global IT projects for enterprise clients from kickoff to closure, keeping them on budget and on schedule.
    • AI pre-sales: Worked with the pre-sales team on Nouraa.ai, an AI voice and chat agent platform. I set up and ran live client demos showing how the agents pick up customer calls, qualify leads and book meetings without a human on the line.
    • Manage client applications that depend on several integrations, including MuleSoft, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud and SAP S/4HANA, and keep data moving reliably between these systems.
    • Work directly with SAP, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud as the client's point of contact for application and ERP integration work, from raising and resolving issues to planning changes and upgrades.
    • Lead the Global Managed Services support team, improving infrastructure operations and ITSM workflows.
    • Manage application support for client platforms, including patching, upgrades, enhancements and new feature development.
    • Head release and change management, helping customers plan, approve and roll out new features to production.
    • Oversee cloud and on-premises infrastructure for client applications, with a focus on availability and performance.
    • Work with C-level executives and client leadership to shape IT roadmaps around business goals.
    • Track KPIs, SLAs and XLAs and run service improvement plans, which raised service delivery levels during my first stint with the company.

    Senior Technical Consultant

    • Led cloud infrastructure projects and designed scalable environments for enterprise clients.
    • Planned and managed migrations to AWS, Azure and hybrid setups.
    • Advised clients on DevOps, CI/CD automation and IT security.

    • Ran cloud infrastructure for hosted applications across several providers, keeping them compliant with PCI-DSS, GDPR and HIPAA.
    • Administered Linux and Windows Server environments and handled the harder troubleshooting cases.
    • Designed fault-tolerant architectures on AWS, Azure, GCP and DigitalOcean that held 99.99% uptime while traffic and data volumes grew sharply.
